Spain's 'Sea of Plastic'

It is impossible to understand the scope of Montemero via our social media platforms and this blog. We began this project to defend the environment. If you have visited us you know the value of our seaside location and 360 days of sun guarantee, but those who have not are unaware to the other side of the truth: that we are nestled between millions of agricultural fields which produce food for the rest of Europe. This giant sea of plastic holds dualism in our work, we need it to survive yet it's pollutants are destroying the environment and littering the oceans- often at the expense of immigrant hands. We hope this article brings truth to the matter of why we are here- to educate, invent solutions and live a lifestyle proving both are possible.
